Looking back at it, we probably should have bought the first house Donna showed us. We were referred to Donna and from the very first meeting we appreciated her deep knowledge of the area. We felt comfortable and she understood what we wanted in our next home. The first home she showed us that was exactly what we asked for. Of course we thought about it for a bit, but by the time we were ready to bid, it was already under contract. Summer of 2021 was a crazy time to be house hunting. The market was tight and houses were going fast and selling for over asking price. Over the course of the next few weeks, we virtually looked at a lot of places, and followed up the good ones with in-person viewings. Throughout the whole process Donna kept communications at just the right level - just often enough and relevant enough that we knew she was actively trying to match us up. In June, Donna found us the perfect home at asking price and near perfect terms. She also helped us find a good financial agent and a very thorough and helpful home inspector.
